Self Care Instructions
Dissolve Peppermint foot soak in a tub of warm (not hot) water and soak feet for 15 to 60 minutes. Finish each foot soak with a cool water rinse and pat dry.
- Ensure the temperature is correct temperature before submerging your feet.
- avoid if you have open cuts, sores or ulcers on your feet.
- Use small amounts of foot soak if you have dry or sensitive skin.
