Goddess Rose bath salts is one of our milk and honey bath soaks with the addition of rose petal powder. It is formulated to soothe and calm the skin. Milk baths have been around for centuries, and Cleopatra was renowned for her dedication and love of a milk bath. The fats and proteins in milk leave your skin feeling softer and smoother. Gently exfoliating while the lactic acid gently cleanses and hydrates the skin. The use of coconut milk in this blend has moisturising and anti-inflammatory effects, combined with the deeply hydrating properties of natural honey powder. Thanks to its low pH and antimicrobial properties, honey can help soothe dry, red or irritated skin. It’s even shown promise in helping to relieve the discomfort associated with eczema, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions. Also known to have a regenerative effect on ageing skin.
Goddess rose milk bath salts contains rose petal powder. Rose petals are rich in Vitamin C and stimulate collagen production which helps in lightening blemishes and making skin cells stronger. Research shows that rose petal powder inhibits the inflammatory response produced by exposure to UV rays, thus can reducing the signs of ageing. It helps to do away with skin irritations like dermatitis and eczema and treating acne and other breakouts, while maintaining the skins pH balance. Coconut milk powder, natural honey powder, rose petal powder, Epsom salts, Dead Sea salt, lavender petals, calendula flowers and rose petals.
Self Care Instructions
Run a warm bath (not hot), add 1/2 to 1 cup bath soak blend and swirl until dissolved. Then just lie back and relax. Ideally soak for 15 to 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. Alternatively place milk salts into one of our bath tea bags and allow to steep in bath.
